CHEER AND FOOTBALL-$150.00

ADDITIONAL CHILD- $100.00

CHILDS BIRTH CERTIFICATE

WALLET SIZE PHOTO OF CHILD

PLEASE BRING CHILD SO THEY CAN BE WEIGHED FOR FOOTBALL TEAM DETERMINATION 

AND FITTED FOR CHEER UNIFORMS 

 

We still have McDonalds cards available for anyone who is interested.

We are selling them for $5.00 and they are good until September 30th of 2010
